Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers leave a key at reception or with the building's staff. We return it when we leave and send you a photo.

Do you bring the cleaning products?

Yes, everything: mop, cloths, vacuum, sprays and gloves. If you prefer your own products, just say so.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay by a secure payment link, or cash and PromptPay. You pay after the clean.

Is a deep clean a different price?

No, the same ฿200 an hour. It just takes longer, so we look at photos first and tell you the hours before we come.

How soon can you come?

Usually within the week, often in two or three days. Move-out cleans can be booked around your hand-over date.

What if my condo is outside the ring road?

Mae Hia, Hang Dong and San Sai are fine on request. We tell you any travel cost before we book.

How do you count the hours?

Each room size has a usual time: studio 2 hours, 1 bedroom 3, 2 bedrooms 4. We agree the hours when you book. If it needs longer, we ask you first; extra time is ฿200 an hour.
